If you're not completely satisfied with your allnative.com purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid once the item has been returned to us. Please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt to ensure proper credit. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.

If you would like to cancel or change your allnative.com order, please call 800.894.8834 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get an order on its way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel and order once it has entered the shipping process.
